Product Warranty

Vipple LED products warrants that these products shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for expected life time from date of purchase. In the event of defective materials and/or workmanship, Vipple will repair or replace, at its option, the defective product within 45 days from receipt of the defective product for the first three years after purchase.

The Warranty does not apply to damages resulting from (but not limited to)

-Improper maintenance

-Use in an incorrect manner with housing opened and exposure to corrosive chemicals (including but not limited to smoke or wear caused by burning sulfur),

-5% or less of LEDs not illuminated

-Improper installation

–Failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance

-Weak packaging for return shipment.

Owners will be notified when repairs are completed. If the light is not claimed within 45 days, it will become the property of Vipple Lighting.

Product Warranty Period (From Date of Purchase)

• Within the first 3 years:

If there is such a defect on materials and or workmanship, Vipple will repair or replace the defective product within 45 days from receipt of the defective product.

• 3 to 5 Years:

Customers are solely responsible for maintenance expense. Vipple will pay spare parts cost to the customer once the product is repaired or replaced.

• Beyond 5 Years:

Vipple Lighting LED will provide maintenance services or spare parts as long as the parts are available.

Purchasers are solely responsible for repairing expenses (including parts) and return shipping.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with any Vipple Lighting LED light, you can return it for a refund within 90 days from date of purchase.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested and the product shipped within 90 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns are limited to light per customer:

– All items (include all accessories) must be used the original packing material before shipping.

– Lights that have been broken, damaged, altered, or had the housing opened are not returnable. “Damage” includes (but not limited to) water damage and damage resulting from being dropped and/or incorrect electrical connection.

Returns will be charged the restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a carrier that has tracking capabilities when sending returns. The customer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs, insuring the return shipment, and filing any necessary claims for damaged or lost returns.

Shipping Damage

Shipping damage and defective products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment (not including weekends and holidays).


Cancellations are only offered in the event that your item has not yet been shipped. If so, it can be cancelled at no charge. After 90 days from date of purchase, all sales are final.
